THE TERM ‘BUSINESS’ IS GENERIC, MUCH LIKE THE TERM ‘GRASS’ – NOT TO BE CONFUSED WITH OR SUBSTITUTED FOR A SPECIFIC PARASITIC BUSINESS MODEL KNOWN AS ‘THE WALL STREET CORPORATION’!
From the producer of this youtube clip:
In criminology, corporate crime refers to crimes committed either by a corporation (i.e., a business entity having a separate legal personality from the natural persons that manage its activities), or by individuals that may be identified with a corporation or other business entity [see ENRON].
The multi-national corporation has grown in size, power and influence over the past century to become a ‘DOOM MACHINE’. As there will always be more profits to be made from war (and the post-war reconstruction phase) and pillaging the planet than from peace and reusing/recycling, only mankind can bring an end to this era of madness. The dead legal fiction that IS the corporation will never bring its own rule to an end. It is against the law for any CEO or Board of Trustees of The Corporation to do anything that would jeopardize The Corporation’s quarterly profits.
However, recently on Wall Street (The Corporation’s lair) humanity came together to voice its opposition to the corporate “BEAST”. Some people have finally come to recognize that the incestuous marriage between ‘governments’ and ‘corporations’ is destroying our lives and even our world.
We very much need a Corporate Death Penalty and a new ‘sustainable’ business model.
Homicidal profit-seeking on the part of corporations has become an everyday fact of modern life. Whether it’s employers cutting health and safety corners, marketers pushing unsafe drugs, food and products of all kinds, or the deadly industrial fouling of the planet’s air, soil, oceans and climate we are living in the midst of a corporate crime wave of murderous and epic proportions. If we value human life, it only makes sense to treat corporate serial killers like, well, corporate serial killers, to confiscate their ill-gotten assets, to revoke their corporate charters and sentence the artificial personae of corporate malefactors to death. If corporations are legal persons, it’s time to enforce some personal responsibility upon them with a corporate death penalty.
Washington will not fix ‘that which it has intentionally broken’!
Going Local is the best only answer!
The solution to corporate-globalization is Re-localization!
The solution to WalMart is Small-Mart!
Thomas Jefferson quote:
“If the American people ever allow private banks to control the issue of their currency, first by inflation, then by deflation, the banks and corporations that will grow up around them will deprive the people of all property until their children wake up homeless on the continent their Fathers conquered…I believe that banking institutions are more dangerous to our liberties than standing armies… The issuing power should be taken from the banks and restored to the people, to whom it properly belongs.”
