The governments of any territory and their agencies are just like another corporation money making machine. The are the reverse mirror image of private sector corporations. Have you notice the increasing long list of government services that are no longer free? Everything has a price tag attached. The government is not too different from fast food, energy, insurance, financial, real estate, technology, food, medicine, personal products corporations. The people and citizens exist as a source of consumers with money like milking cows to be squeezed. The people are also compared to fruit that is used to get juice from.
